Trademark registration is governed by Articles 61-95 of Trade Law No. 68 of 1980. A trademark can include words, symbols, letters, designs, or combinations that distinguish goods or services as originating from a specific owner.
Non-Registrable Marks:

12 images of the trademark.

Copy of commercial license and register certificate.

Copy of authorization and signature authorization.

Copy of the mark with applicant details (name, address, nationality).

Comprehensive list of goods/services (Classes) translated to Arabic.

Power of Attorney (POA), notarized/legalized at the Kuwaiti embassy, locally legalized, and submitted at filing.

Commercial certificate and priority document translated to Arabic (if claimed), submitted within 60 days.
