Introduction : Recently, in March 2026, Delhi High Court (“HC”) presided by Justice Tejas Karia in MRT Music v. Paramvah Studios (“Rakshit Shetty Judgement”) passed an injunction ordering Parmavah Studios to pay for the unauthorized use of two songs in his film.
