Chhavi Pande

Chhavi is a Principal Associate in the Litigation Department with Khurana and Khurana Advocates and IP Attorneys. She brings with her more than 17 years of experience in the Legal and HR domain. She has assisted her seniors in various matters and has been giving regular appearances at various District Courts and High Court in Delhi. She has extensively handled matters related to Corporate, Banking, Labour law, Criminal
and POSH.

She is empanelled as an external member of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) with various Indian and International clients. She has conducted awareness sessions and provided training to the employees and ICC members on “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013”. She has imparted trainings to the ICC members on their roles and responsibilities as ICC members, addressing the POSH Complaints, preparation and submission of Annual report, Impact of Sexual harassment at workplace and the consequences of non compliance under the POSH Act. Chhavi regularly writes blogs and articles to spread theawareness on the POSH Act.

Chhavi has an expertise in reviewing-vetting of commercial agreements, employment contracts, NDA’s and drafting the Legal notices. She is currently supporting the Litigation team and also driving the HR initiatives across all locations within the organization. Chhavi has worked with companies like Shotam Consultants, SPI Offshore Pvt. Ltd., SP Info Systems, Global Energy Talent, SKE&C, Phoenix Global Trade Solutions Pvt Ltd., and PS Legal Advocates and Consultants. She has done her PGDHRM from XLRI, MSc [Forestry], LLB and LLM.
