Ritwika is a Senior Associate at the Hyderabad office of Khurana & Khurana and IIPRD. She has around 9 years of experience of handling trademark prosecution and oppositions including drafting and reviewing opposition/ rectification counter statements, evidence, MOUs etc. She also specializes in drafting and replying to cease and desist notices/ rejoinders and domain name complaints. In addition to the same, Ritwika takes care of Business Development for the Hyderabad Office. Ritwika has completed her B.A LL.B. from Calcutta University, Department of Law and she is a member of West Bengal Bar Council.
