Mohit is a Junior Associate in Trademarks and Copyright Department at Khurana & Khurana and IIPRD. Mohit has graduated with a B.com (Hons.) degree from Amity University, Noida; LL.B from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University and has Completed L.L.M with specialization In Intellectual Property Rights Amity University, Noida. His Research Area In L.L.M was on “The Analytical Study of over-the-top platform global regulations in reference of Copyrights Act. Apart from his focus in IP he is also passionate about the areas of Criminal Law, Contracts Law, Family Law.
