She is a media and entertainment lawyer with extensive experience advising clients across the film, music and digital content industries. Medha primarily focuses on transactional, operational and advisory work, representing artists, production houses, music labels, brands and digital platforms in complex commercial arrangements. Her practice involves structuring and negotiating high-value agreements relating to film production, OTT content, music rights, talent engagements, brand collaborations and digital exploitation of intellectual property. She has advised on and negotiated several high-stake deals for clients and has worked with some of India’s leading OTT platforms and music companies. Medha regularly counsels stakeholders across the entertainment ecosystem on rights management, content licensing and strategic commercial partnerships. Medha holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Law from Jindal Global Law School. Since the beginning of her legal career, her work has been dedicated to the media and entertainment sector and her practice has been strategically curated to cater to the evolving legal and commercial needs of this industry.
