Daisy is an Associate in the Trademarks and Copyright Department at Khurana & Khurana and IIPRD. She graduated from Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal. Her work primarily involves advising and assisting clients on various aspects of trademark prosecution and enforcement before the Indian Trademark Registry. She routinely conducts trademark availability searches and drafts responses to examination reports. Daisy also handles TLA hearings before the Trademark Registry. In addition, she handles opposition and rectification proceedings, including drafting Notices of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Evidence in Support of Opposition, Evidence in Support of Application, and Evidence in Reply, and rectification petition. She also assists in opposition hearings before the Trademark Registry. Her work further includes preparing Cease & Desist notices and replies thereto, assisting in drafting and vetting IP-related agreements, conducting legal research, and supporting various trademark proceedings to ensure effective protection and enforcement of clients’ intellectual property rights.
