Her professional expertise includes patent drafting, patent searches, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, patent landscape studies, invalidity analysis, infringement analysis, state-of-the-art (SoA) searches, design searches, evidence of use (EoU), office action responses, and patent filing support, particularly in the electronics and software domains. She has worked across multiple technical areas including Electronics, Telecommunication, Software, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automobile, Semiconductor, and Electrical engineering, contributing to patent research, preparation of defensive publications, and handling office action projects.

Cicily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and is a Registered Patent Agent. She is currently pursuing advanced coursework in Generative AI and Agentic AI to expand her expertise at the intersection of artificial intelligence and intellectual property.
