Bharti is an Associate in Trademarks and Copyright Department at Khurana & Khurana and IIPRD. She has done her post-graduation from Amity Business School, Noida. She also holds a L.L.B degree and is registered with Delhi Bar Council. She focuses her practice area on Trademark prosecution specializing in drafting of Notice of Opposition, Counter Statement, Affidavit in support of evidence and reply to objections raised by Registry.
